Yesterday we went to the JMM company picnic. It was pretty nice getting to eat and win prizes. Sara and I won a DVD player. We don't need one now but we might once we buy a house. We enjoyed watching the people around us talk with one another. We ended up talking to a couple shortly after we got there. Sara got to meet a lot of people....a lot of people. But so did I. We enjoyed it even while it was hot.
So, you know about the story of the Green Beast? Well, don't get too comfortable. The Green Beast died today on the side of State Highway 159 and Floraville Road....where is that you say? Out in the middle of nowhere. We laughed so hard it was retarded. We know that God has a plan, ours for now until He tells us otherwise, I will be driving Sara to and from work as well as going to work myself. We were on our way to Wendy and Jamie's to swim when it decided to stall on a turn from a stop sign. All we could do was laugh. But that's all good. :) Maybe what we can do is lay hands on all the vehicles we own. Someone, get some oil! Wait....they already have oil....nevermind. We'll just slap them once or twice...
Anyhow, our day was well, all things considered. That car that I keep beliving in, is sounding good right now. :) Hope you all had a great weekend!
