Before you all get excited, let's get the bowl out incase someone decides to wet themselves with excitement that I actually have five minutes to actually update this thing today.
The Marriage:
I love being married to my beautiful wife! We are actually doing pretty well considering we have been without my car up until yesterday for the past 6 weeks. While in Memphis, as some of you know, the transmission took a sabbatical and my car was out for a few weeks. By the grace of God and her parents, we actually had the money to take care of it....$1847! OUCH! That's a dent but all is fair in love and war, right? Sara enjoys my new job...more money, better hours, closer to home, and definately better for my moral. I started working at Joyce Meyer Ministries a month ago making more money than I did at Washington University and my benefits are paid for. The best thing is, I can talk about GOD all I want and get away with it. I think that she enjoys the fact more that I get home at 545 everyday, no questions asked. The beginning of our marriage was marred with the fact that I might get home at 545 or 700 depending on what doctor decided to work over his/her allotted time.
The House:
Like Jeff and Val, we are looking for a home. We are currently residing in a small town that is run down but our house isn't too bad. We are sharing a duplex (nice...right..) with our neighbors who like to curse and get mad at 430 in the morning. It's fine at 1200 in the afternoon when neither of us are home but still, give me a dog gone break. We are trying to sleep here! I have to get in touch with a realitor sometime soon to find out what we can afford with our income and what we can not afford. I guess that 1.5 million dollar mansion is looking improbable but hey, I work for GOD now, so anything is possible lol. But seriously, I don't think I would want a house that big. Too much cleaning for us to do. We recommend you do a background check on your landlord....just word of advice.
The Car:
As stated before the car is back and running. Next are the brakes so please pray for that. They work but they are not the way I would like them. There is a short delay that I am not fond of.
The Job:
It has been a month and now I am loving it more and more. We have been busy with the Women's Conference orders flying in left and right with Salvation week coming to a close, we had over 1200 salvation calls. We had a lot of overtime, praise GOD!
The Ring:
As a joke for Jeff and his friend, I haven't flushed my ring this week but I almost dropped it in the sink drain when washing dishes. That's what I get for loosing weight! :)
The Computer:
This would be the real reason why I quit updating for a month! It worked but it started frizzing out on me while working going from dark to light to dark screens. The power supply is not worth what I paid for it but anyway, we finally got a network card from Sara's Brother IN Law and he came and programmed it after I installed it. It works great!
The Wedding Update:
We got our beautiful pictures and I haven't had time to update it on here.
The Wedding in July:
Rachel, we will not be at the wedding but we will be there late that night around 8. I unfortunately can not ask for it all off and Sara can not either. We will leave Illinois around 1.00pm. However, don't get too happy, we have something for you but if you guys are not there, we will just give it to your mom and dad.
The End:
Well, I guess that this will have to end my little episode of "The Ramblings of a Married Man" and hope to get to talk to you all later. Remember Kids....don't eat yellow snow.
Happy Trails!

So you're losing weight as a newlywed? Ugh. You're dead to me.
Kidding, of course.
I'm thinking you should follow Val's lead and get a little container to put next to every sink and put your ring there before getting your hands wet!
Sorry it took so long to get the car fixed. That's a brutal expense.
I've got a CD to mail you of pictures from y'all's wedding party in Memphis that was two months ago and I could have sent them way back when but I haven't and hey, look, shiny objects!
Good luck with finding a new home!
