Busy Bees Meet Honey

Wow! It's been a few months since I have posted anything. Sorry for the delay, we have been so busy with new things arising. Let's see where should I begin?

First, some don't know already that Sara and I are expecting our second bundle of joy on October 20th. Recently, Sara hadn't felt well and we decided to see if this was the answer and suprise! It was. God is being so good to us.

Second, we (finally) bought our home late in March. It's nothing fancy to some but to us it is a home that we are permanently fixed in. If you don't already have the address, email me and I will send it to you. Maleah is growing up so fast. She is now 9 months old and is trying to walk by herself but hasn't gotten it down yet. She wanted to wish you all a Happy Easter! It's hard to believe this time last year we were expecting her arrival.

Last Friday night, I got tickets to a Phillips, Craig, and Dean concert for Sara and I. On our anniversary, Maleah had the flu and we couldn't go anywhere so this more than made up for it. I decided at the very last minute that we were going. How last minute you ask? I called Sara on my way home from work and told her to hurry and get our bags ready that we were leaving as soon as I got home. She was so suprised! It was nice to get away for a while. We drove to St. Louis and stayed at a hotel just outside of the city. The hotel was nice enough for the one time we will ever stay there. It was definately not the Hilton this time but it was enjoyable.

We had a hot tub in our room. Anyway, we went to the concert and afterwards hit the Cracker Barrel where we had some hot fudge sundaes. Sorry, no pictures of that. We ate it before we could show you. :) Then back to the room for a relaxing evening. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and stayed around until around 10 where we headed back to reality to pick up our little girl from Grandma and Grandpa's house. Boy, they enjoyed having her for the night which was a treat for them and for us.

Right now, we are getting ready for the Easter production at church. Unfortunately, Sara and Maleah had to drop out because the practices are just way too late for the little one. But the show must go on. On Saturday we are packing up and heading back to Memphis for a little vacation for Easter. We are looking forward to seeing everyone there! There is so much going on and so little time to write it all. My Bible Study website has been on hold since February but I have added a new teaching there for you to see.
